CompuTrainer Studio, E3 at the Club, Greensboro, NCE3 Endurance operates an 8-Bike CompuTrainer Multi-Rider Studio within its performance center. The studio goal is to improve cycling efficiency and output by training with power. In E3’s studio, cyclists of all abilities will have their Functional Threshold Power (FTP) tested prior to training in this fun and dynamic group setting. We have seen improvements in power from anywhere between 5-25% improvement.

In addition to the power based training, E3 uses the computrainers to help individuals and teams do course specific training/racing. CompuTrainer has virtual training where cyclists can ride real courses/races while drafting on the wheel of the cyclist seated next to them.

E3 runs power based training & virtual classes all year long. Cyclists/Teams can also rent out the studio for their specific training needs. Please contact our staff for details and scheduling.

E3 Aquatics was founded in 2002 in Wilmington, NC and continues to exist today in Greensboro. The goal of E3 Aquatics is to provide a fun, positive and professionally coached training environment for the improvement of beginner to elite swimmers and triathletes all year round.

Between Labor Day and Memorial Day, we swim in one of the best pools in the nation, The Greensboro Aquatic Center. During the summer we go outdoors to swim under the stars and sunrise.

 

Where and when does E3 Aquatics practice/train? We swim at the Pinetop Sports Club 3723 Pinetop Rd. Greensboro, NC 27410
Our weekly Swim Times are:

  • Tuesday: 5:30am - 6:45am
  • Thursday: 5:30am - 6:45am


What does it cost to swim at E3 Aquatics?
There is a $25 Registration Fee (one-time) and then a monthly fee of $60.


*Drop-Ins are welcome to swim with the team any time. Drop-In rate is $15.00/practice.

 

E3 Aquatics Swimmers do NOT need to have a GAC Membership to join the team or swim with the team, though E3 Aquatics swimmers receive a discounted memberships to the GAC if they wish to join.

E3 Power/Core Running

May 26th - Fitness 5K and Power Running Program Begins (10 Weeks)

Start your summer speed training with an intelligent and data driven approach.

Wednesday, May 26th will be the E3 Endurance Fitness Run Time Trial Athletes will bring a HR device and run a 20min Running Time Trial to record speed and fitness E3 Endurance coaches will determine their training paces and track speed paces. Athletes will meet every Wednesday on the track to increase speed and fitness relative to their Fitness Test.

E3 Core Running is a run training group whose focus is to train the cardiovascular system properly by running at proper speed and to incorporate best mechanics by training core stability and functional strength. Our athletes range from High School CX & Track runners to masters marathoners and triathletes. During the warm months we practice on the track. During the winter we are indoors do treadmill intervals at The Club at Oak Branch.
